SHIPPING METHODS:

In stock items are usually ships within 1 to 2 business days from our store. All orders are ship via USPS. When you select Expedited Service, we will ship your order via either First Class or Priority Mail. It will take 2-5 business days. The charges are $4.99 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders will be shipped via USPS Air Mail or International Priority Mail. shipping cost will be adjust after we recievied the order. International customers please note: you are responsible for any duty assessed by your customs officials.

FAX ORDERS:

Print out the order confirmation page. Write your credit card number, expiration date and signature on the confirmation page and fax it to 415-986-6797.

MAIL ORDERS:

We currently don't take any phone orders.

SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES:

If you are using a Credit Card your shipping address must match the address for your credit card, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized" address.

SALES TAX:

9.50% sale tax will be applied for all California Residents.

RETURN POLICY:

**VCD, DVD, & PC GAME**

All VCD, DVD, & PC games are non-refundable. Defective items will be replace with the same one. Out of stock items will be refund by check(purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card). Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any loss items. Please notify us by e-mail or fax before returning your product. If you are returning VCDs, please read "aout VCD" under PRODUCT INFO before returning the disc.

**MODELS & TOYS**

Models and toys may be return with 15 (calender)days of delivery. All products returned MUST: be in "as new" and 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.Please notify us by e-mail or fax before returning your product. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD / FRAUDULENT ORDERS:

We take your credit card security seriously and to that end we take credit card fraud seriously. ALL information obtained in conjunction with fraudulent orders may be provided to your ISP, Mail Provider, Yahoo! Store, the Card Holder, the Card Issuer and Local / State / Federal LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS including the FBI.
